I am a corporate finance and Investment banking professional with work experience of 24 years of which the past 20 years have been in Saudi Arabia .Prior to joining KPMG, I worked with Watan Investment & Securities Company, Rana Investment Company and many other reputable Investment Banking Institutions.

I have earned a PhD degree in Commerce (Managerial accounting) from the University of Rajasthan .I obtained my master degree in Accounting & Business Statistics from India and B.Sc. degree in Accounting from Jordan University, Jordan and I earned General Securities Qualification Certificate, granted by the CMA, Saudi Arabia

Following that my work experience includes Mergers & acquisitions, Analyzing and recommending proposals for equity investments, private placements, financial restructuring, valuations and advisory on IPO transactions and establishing new joint stock companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. And I provided many investment advisory reports and investment opinions to GOSI (The General Authority for Social Insurance) and Public Pension Agency on some of local private equity investments in many fields and sectors. (e.g., petrochemical projects, financial service companies, real estate properties, and medical services .

I supervised, structured and implemented a number of sizable and unique deals and transaction across chemicals & pharmaceuticals, food & drink, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Real estate, Education and Hospitality and building and construction sectors. Over the years, I have developed strong business relationships with high net worth individuals, leading family offices Corporates and Institutions.

I now find it necessary to further my career and expand my experience with hopefully a position of more responsibilities.
